PE Accountant

Hi there! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and structured Accountant to help us keep everything under control when it comes to Individual Entrepreneurs, contracts, and financial documentation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing order to processes, feels confident working with numbers, and can smoothly manage multiple workflows at once.
 

💪 YOUR QUEST-LINE:

• Manage contract workflows: prepare NDAs and agreements with Individual Entrepreneurs and other contractors, maintain and update the contract database;
• Maintain and organize document flow, including storing and managing signed documents in the HR system;
• Support Individual Entrepreneur-related processes: from registration to daily operational questions;
• Consult contractors on basic Individual Entrepreneur-related topics (tax group, activity types, etc.);
• Calculate and process Individual Entrepreneurs payments;
• Handle tax calculations for Individual Entrepreneurs;
• Prepare invoices and supporting financial documents;
• Monitor settlements and primary documentation;
• Prepare and submit Individual Entrepreneur-related reports.

👨‍🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:

• 3+ years of proven experience working as an Accountant with Individual Entrepreneurs;
• Solid understanding of Individual Entrepreneur-related tax regulations;
• Hands-on experience with contracts, invoicing, and primary documentation;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations;
• Ability to manage end-to-end processes independently;
• Comfortable communicating with contractors.
