Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI & Data Engineer who can combine strong technical expertise with client-facing communication.

You will work on AI systems, data platforms, and cloud-native applications, while also supporting architecture discussions and solution design with clients.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and AI workflows
• Develop scalable backend services and microservices (Python / Node.js)
• Build and optimize data pipelines (batch & streaming)
• Deploy and manage ML models and AI systems in production
• Collaborate with clients on technical solutions and architecture
• Contribute to end-to-end delivery of AI and data projects

Key Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong background in AI / Data Engineering / Machine Learning
• Experience with Python or Node.js
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with data tools (Kafka, Spark, Airflow, etc.)
• Solid understanding of system design and distributed systems
• Strong communication skills (client-facing experience is a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, or vector databases
• MLOps, model deployment, and evaluation pipelines
• Microservices and event-driven architecture
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles

Salary & Compensation

• Base Retainer: $500 – $1,000 per month (based on experience & availability)
• Project-Based Earnings: $2,500 – $3,500 per active project/month
• Opportunity to work on multiple concurrent projects
• Performance-based bonuses available

Total monthly earnings vary based on project involvement and performance.
