Lead Affiliate manager (iGaming, African region)

Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing a team of Affiliate Managers and Local Managers, setting targets and monitoring performance
  • Expanding the partner network across key GEOs: Egypt, Morocco and priority African markets
  • Negotiating deal terms with partners (CPA / Hybrid / RevShare / Fix) and controlling deal economics
  • Driving FTD, DepSum, GGR / NGR growth, traffic quality control, player retention and ROI
  • Sourcing, onboarding, reactivating and retaining high-performing partners; managing inactive and top-tier partners
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Support, Compliance and Payments on GEO launches and scaling
  • Building reporting systems, forecasts and growth plans across teams and regions

 

Requirements

Experience

  • 2+ years in affiliate / iGaming, including 1+ year in a management role
  • Proven track record in MENA (Egypt and Morocco required) and African markets
  • Hands-on experience working on an iGaming / affiliate platform is a must
  • Experience managing a team of 5+ people and scaling it

     

Knowledge

  • CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, unit economics, ROI / payback, GGR / NGR
  • Traffic sources, local market specifics, payment methods and regional risks
  • Partner analytics, antifraud practices, funnels and retention
