About the role:

We are Academy Smart, an IT company with Ukrainian roots. For 15 years, we have been successfully scaling our clients’ businesses while maintaining a culture of genuine partnership and professional stability.

We are currently looking for an HR Manager/HR People Partner who is ready to join our friendly team and take charge of the Employee Experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Facilitating the full employee journey, including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding processes.
  • Communication & Feedback: Conducting regular 1:1 meetings, gathering feedback, and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Professional Development: Assisting in organizing internal training sessions and educational events for employees.
  • Employer Branding: Contributing to the corporate Instagram account and implementing engagement initiatives.
  • HR Administration: Maintaining the employee database and internal knowledge base.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ months of HR experience within the IT sector (as an HR Manager or HR People Partner).
  • Process Knowledge: A solid understanding of the complete employee lifecycle.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs). Experience with Hurma or other HRM systems is a significant plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong empathy, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Languages: English level — Intermediate
