SMM Specialist

We are seeking a qualified SMM Specialist to take full ownership of our brand's presence across social media platforms. We are looking for a systematic professional who can effectively combine strategic thinking with day-to-day content management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Formulating and implementing an SMM strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Content Management: Creating monthly media plans, including posts, stories, and video content.
• Quality Control: Monitoring page activity, maintaining visual style, and ensuring consistent tone-of-voice.
• Reporting: Analyzing key metrics (ER, reach, conversions) and preparing regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SMM.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• AI Proficiency: Ability to utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
• High level of self-organization and accountability.
