The Role

We are looking for a Creative Researcher / Junior Creative Director to support our creative team in transforming trends, platform insights, and content opportunities into structured creative execution.

This role sits at the intersection of trend research, creative ideation, content planning, and execution support. You will work closely with the Head of Creative to ensure talents receive clear content direction, actionable briefs, and consistent creative quality.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands social media deeply and wants to grow into a more strategic creative leadership role.



What You Will Do

Trend Research & Insights
Monitor TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to identify viral trends, emerging formats, and audience behavior patterns.

Translate trends into practical content opportunities tailored to specific talents.

Creative Concept Development
Generate original content ideas aligned with talent personas, brand positioning, and audience expectations.

Adapt viral formats into personalized concepts that feel native to each creator.

Brief & Presentation Creation
Prepare weekly creative briefs, presentations, and concept decks.

Structure content ideas clearly: hook, concept, format, execution steps, and intended outcome.

Content Planning & Coordination
Support weekly and bi-weekly content planning processes.

Ensure talents have a clear content roadmap and enough high-quality ideas in pipeline.

Cross-Team Collaboration
Collaborate with editors, SMM Managers, and PR team to align on formats, distribution strategy, and content goals.

Creative Quality Control
Review content outputs for consistency, relevance, and alignment with strategy.

Identify weak concepts and suggest stronger alternatives.

Talent Support
Help talents understand and execute content ideas effectively.

Provide guidance when additional creative clarification is needed.

Creative System Development
Maintain idea libraries, references, trend databases, and format archives.

Contribute to building scalable creative workflows and systems.



Candidate Expectations

  • 1.5–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, creative production, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems
  • Excellent trend awareness and understanding of viral mechanics
  • Ability to structure ideas clearly and turn abstract concepts into actionable briefs
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Fast execution, proactivity, and strong attention to detail
  • English level B2+


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with creators, media brands, or talent-driven businesses
  • Basic understanding of content analytics and performance metrics
  • Experience with Notion, Canva, Figma, or presentation tools
