We are building a global partner network of digital media publishers and connecting brands with high-quality websites for advertising and PR placements.

Today, we work with 100,000+ digital media websites worldwide, helping publishers monetize their platforms while enabling brands to increase visibility, awareness, and business growth.

We are currently looking for a Media Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our partner network and support the company’s expansion across international markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and onboard new media partners worldwide
  • Expand the platform’s media inventory across different GEOs, niches, and languages
  • Build personalized communication with publishers via email, LinkedIn, messengers, and calls
  • Negotiate partnership terms and secure beneficial cooperation agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date commercial terms and partner database
  • Work with large datasets: website lists, segmentation, filtering, prioritization
  • Launch outreach and cold email campaigns
  • Manage incoming responses and guide new partners through onboarding
  • Create media profiles and maintain high-quality catalog data
  • Use Google Sheets, AI tools, and automations to improve efficiency
  • Prepare reports and analyze personal performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Media Success teams to ensure excellent client service.

     

    Requirements:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English for negotiations, calls, and daily communication
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in outreach, link building, lead generation, partnerships, or sales is preferred
  • Basic understanding of SEO: backlinks, domain metrics, website quality
  • Experience with Ahrefs, Similarweb, Semrush, or similar tools is a plus; Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility
  • Fast learner with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Positive mindset, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in AI and low-code tools for automation and workflow improvement
