About the role

We are a high-tech defense company at the forefront of innovation, is looking for a Data Compliance Specialist.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that sales processes are followed correctly - from lead intake to deal closure. It connects compliance, CRM governance, and operational analysis to keep sales processes clear, consistent, and efficient.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the accuracy and completeness of data processing in the CRM system and internal documents;
  • Identify unclosed requests and leads and process them according to written instructions;
  • Ensure adherence to SLA practices for timely lead assignment and follow-up;
  • Maintain data accuracy, relevance, and cleanliness in the CRM;
  • Ensure that deals, activities, agreements, notes, and statuses are properly and consistently recorded in the CRM;
  • Monitor the execution of customer visits by managers.

     

Requirements and qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization;
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with large volumes of information;
  • Ability to clearly formulate conclusions and recommendations;
  • Strong communication skills and diplomatic approach when working with managers and leadership;
  • High level of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Confident user of Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems: Dynamics 365 Sales, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar;
  • English level B2 or higher.

     

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI;
  • Experience in sales operations, compliance, CRM administration, or business analysis;
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and SLA practices.
