What you’ll be working on
- Create video ad creatives for major advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and more).
- Leverage AI tools and neural networks (such as Veo 3 and Higgsfield) to rapidly generate and scale creative variations.
- Assemble video creatives according to briefs, ensuring seamless integration of audio, effects, transitions, and overlays.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and analyze creative trends across the market.
- Research and adopt new tools that streamline production workflows and elevate creative quality.
- Collaborate closely with marketers and designers to deliver high-impact creative solutions.
- Test new AI workflows and plugins, and build reusable template libraries to optimize team processes.
About you
- +2 years of hands-on experience in motion design.
- Strong command of motion design and graphic design software.
- Solid skills in video editing, sound design, and working with voiceovers.
- An eye for bringing all the elements of a video together into a cohesive, polished product.
- Proficient in CapCut, and/or FinalCut, Premiere Pro.
- Experience with AI-powered workflows and quality prompting techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Attention to detail, a high level of self-organization, and strong time management skills.
- English level: Intermediate+.

- A portfolio showcasing your video work (if you had experience in creating videos for performance marketing).

Step by step for this position:
- Pre-screening interview (up to 45 min): To discuss the position, check basic competencies and culture fit.
- Test Task (2-3 days): Creative task regarding the requirements of the position.
- Interview with Head of Marketing, Lead Creative Designer (up to 1 hour): Detailed сase approach to identify experience and core competencies, discussion of the completed task.
- Referral: Recommendations from the previous workplace.
- Offer call (30 min): Discussion of a Job Offer Proposal.
