Junior Carrier Relations / Account Manager (A2P SMS)

We are looking for a Junior Carrier Relations / Account Manager to join our team and grow within the international telecom industry.

This role is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop in A2P SMS and work with global partners.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing carriers and clients
• Support onboarding of new partners and interconnections
• Assist in preparing commercial offers and basic business cases
• Monitor traffic and support revenue growth
• Work closely with Technical, NOC, Finance, and Operations teams
• Participate in international telecom conferences

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and interest in building long-term client relationships
• Responsible and proactive mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Any experience in telecommunications (A2P SMS, VoIP, support, NOC, etc.) will be a plus
