Senior Go Developer

We are looking for a Senior Go Developer to join our team and work on high-load backend services and microservice architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go
• Build and improve scalable microservice architecture
• Work with RabbitMQ for message processing
• Use Redis for caching and fast data operations
• Develop and maintain MongoDB integrations
• Containerize and deploy services using Docker
• Optimize application performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Go
• Strong knowledge of Go and its standard library
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ
• Experience with Redis
• Experience with MongoDB
• Solid Docker experience
• Good understanding of microservice architecture
• Experience building high-load / distributed systems
• Experience with REST API and/or gRPC
• Experience with Git and team-based development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Linux administration skills
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web applications
• Build and maintain backend services using Java & Spring (Boot, MVC)
• Architect and optimize database solutions (PostgreSQL)
• Work with JPA / Hibernate for efficient data handling
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (Spring Security)
• Develop and maintain frontend using HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery / Bootstrap
• Design and integrate REST APIs
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews
• Mentor junior developers

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong experience with Spring ecosystem
• Deep understanding of application architecture and design patterns
• Experience optimizing database performance
• Strong knowledge of security best practices
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable systems
• Experience leading features or small teams
• Strong code review and mentoring skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• CI/CD experience
• Experience working on high-load systems
