About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) who will be responsible for building and developing a structured quality control system across customer support operations.
This role is for someone who combines analytical thinking, process mindset, and strong communication skills to improve customer experience and team performance.
Main tasks:
β’ Monitoring and analyzing customer interactions (calls, chats, emails)
β’ Reviewing all customer complaints and low-rated interactions within 24 hours
β’ Ensuring QA coverage and accuracy of customer interactions across channels
β’ Developing and maintaining unified scorecards for all communication channels (including email)
β’ Conducting calibration sessions and providing structured feedback to agents
β’ Identifying bottlenecks in customer experience and suggesting process improvements
β’ Supporting reduction of recurring mistakes through systematic analysis and feedback
Requirements:
β’ 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Customer Support Quality Control
β’ Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
β’ Experience in building or maintaining QA scorecards and evaluation frameworks
β’ Strong communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
β’ Experience with CRM systems
β’ English Upper-Intermediate+
β’ Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
β’ SQL / Tableau / Power BI β as a plus
