Talent Sourcer

We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who doesn’t just search — but truly knows how to find the right people fast, precisely, and with full context of the niche. If you already have experience in iGaming, enjoy sourcing, Boolean magic, and creative approaches — let’s talk.

What you’ll be doing:

• Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, job boards, Boolean/X-Ray search
• Engaging with candidates: writing personalized outreach messages, conducting initial screenings, improving reply rates
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines, keeping records up to date in the ATS, basic reporting
• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify profiles and adjust search strategies
• Analyzing sourcing channels, testing new tools, and continuously optimizing sourcing processes

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or IT Recruiter
• Previous work in iGaming / gambling / affiliate / betting — you understand the industry context
• Hands-on experience with Boolean/X-Ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, Telegram sourcing
• You write outreach messages people actually want to read
• Strong self-organization skills — you can juggle multiple roles and not miss a beat
• English level: Intermediate or higher (for candidate communication)

Nice to have:

• Completed courses in IT Recruitment / Sourcing
• Understanding of talent markets in LATAM, EU
• Experience working in fast-paced product teams (e.g., performance marketing, high-risk niches)
