HR People Partner

We invite an HR People Partner to join our team.
 

What will your responsibilities include:
 

• Work with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives;
• Address concerns and resolve conflicts, promoting a positive workplace;
• Implement programs for training, leadership, and succession planning;
• Enhance morale and workplace culture through targeted initiatives;
• Use HR metrics to drive decisions and improvements;
• Guide employees and leaders through organizational changes;
• Utilize CRM PeopleForce to manage employee data, track HR processes, and generate insightful reports.
   

What we expect from a candidate:

• 3 years in HR, with a focus on employee relations and strategic partnership;
• Strong HR knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;

• Experience with CRM systems, and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to streamline HR functions.
