We provide OTC crypto exchange, bank wire transfers, and cash collection services for B2B clients across crypto, fintech, and traditional business. Headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. Remote-first team of 20+ professionals working across the EU, UAE, and other jurisdictions.

Location requirement We consider candidates based outside of Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. Russian-speaking candidates from any other country are welcome โ Georgia, Kazakhstan, UAE, Cyprus, Poland, Turkey, Montenegro, Serbia, and others.
The role
This is not a management-only position. Not yet.
Months 1โ6:
- Sell and build the process at the same time.
- Audit current sales (conversion, average deal size), bottlenecks: document findings and present to the CEO.
- Define ICP, develop an outbound strategy from scratch.
- Run personal pipeline: outreach, discovery calls, proposals, closing.
- Work with objections in real negotiations.
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing clients.
- Hand off closed clients to Operations cleanly - no lost context.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
- Feed client insights back to Product.
Months 6โ12: scaling.
- Hire and develop a team of 2โ3 salespeople (hunters and farmers).
- Build a sales playbook: qualification logic, scripts, deal stages, objection handling.
- Develop partner and agent acquisition channels.
- Maintain a predictable pipeline with regular reporting to the CEO.
How we measure results
Core metric: profit per deal and B2B client base growth โ not volume. Specific targets are agreed upon at the start.
Leading indicators: discovery calls per week, active pipeline value ($), outreach contacts per week.
Lagging indicators: new B2B clients per month, closed deals, average deal size (target: $50K+), deal margin (%), team quota attainment (%) โ after hiring.
What we are looking for
Required:
- 3โ5+ years in B2B sales, Senior level, with a personal track record of closing deals
- Built a sales funnel from zero without existing infrastructure, warm leads, or scripts
- Experience managing a team of sales managers
- Understanding of the crypto/fintech market at product level: OTC, wire transfers, crypto-to-fiat
- Daily use of AI tools in sales workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, CRM with AI features)
- Strong negotiation skills, closing deals at $50K+ per transaction
- Self-driven โ sets own priorities, does not wait for micromanagement
- English B2+ (written and spoken, for client-facing work)
- Russian-speaking (native or fluent) โ required for internal communication
A plus:
- Existing network in crypto, fintech, or B2B finance
- Experience with international clients (CIS, Europe, Asia)
- Understanding of AML/compliance risks in crypto
- Background in a fast-growing startup or a company without rigid processes
Not a fit if you:
- Only work with inbound leads and avoid outbound
- Need a ready-made CRM, warm pipeline, and scripts to start
- Are not willing to sell personally - only manage
- Have no interest in understanding crypto/fintech specifics
