We are looking for a highly analytical, revenue-driven Middle User Acquisition Manager to join our team. We supply blockchain businesses with the most relevant crypto audience for 10+ years. As the Middle User Acquisition Manager, your mission is to build a predictable pipeline of high-value B2B clients. You will own Ads accounts, acting as the bridge between paid traffic and closed-won revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Build, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Google, Bing, and Social Media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter) targeting global Web3 projects;
• Execute top-to-bottom funnel journey (awareness=>activation=>conversion=>retention), measuring performance of each stage of the funnel;
• Conduct regular feedback loops with the Sales team to review lead quality. Instantly adjust bids, keywords, and social audiences if low-intent leads are reported;
• Continuously test ad creatives (banners for social, copy for search), bidding strategies, and collaborate with design/content teams to optimize B2B landing pages;
• Oversee allocation and optimisation of marketing budgets across channels, ensuring efficient spend and scalability (always measuring ROAS);
• Collaborate closely with other departments to align user acquisition strategies with broader marketing and business goals;
• Present actionable insights based on performance metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement across campaigns.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of practical experience in Performance Marketing/User Acquisition, with at least 1–2 years specifically dedicated to B2B Lead Generation;
• Proficiency in analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions;
• Proven track record in planning, executing, and scaling performance-based digital campaigns;
• Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads (including Search, Display, and YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads;
• Strong expertise in A/B testing, ad creative optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation strategies;
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets while ensuring optimal return.
Nice to have:
• Previous marketing experience specifically within the Web3, Crypto, Fintech, or AdTech sectors;
• Experience with niche Web3 social/community advertising (e.g., Reddit Ads, Telegram Ads, or Brave Ads);
• Hands-on experience integrating ad platforms with CRMs.
