What You’ll Be Doing (Head of VIP)

Owning and developing the global VIP strategy across key markets.

Building, managing, and scaling the VIP team (VIP Managers, Retention, Support).

Designing and implementing retention strategies for high-value players.

Driving key KPIs: LTV, retention rate, churn reduction, VIP revenue.

Defining segmentation, player lifecycle, and personalized engagement approaches.

Overseeing VIP communications across all channels (calls, chats, messengers).

Managing complex and sensitive VIP cases (payments, KYC, disputes, high-risk clients).

Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Payments, Risk, Marketing, and CRM teams.

Optimizing bonus structures, VIP programs, and loyalty mechanics.

Analyzing performance, building reports, and continuously improving processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Proven experience as Head of VIP / VIP Lead  in iGaming.

Strong background in managing VIP teams and scaling operations.

Deep understanding of retention, player behavior, and VIP lifecycle.

Experience working with one or more GEOs: LATAM,  Tier 1, Uzbekistan.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Hands-on mindset — able to both build strategy and execute.

Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach.

Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).

Bonus Points

Experience launching or rebuilding VIP direction from scratch.

Strong knowledge of VIP bonus models and loyalty systems.

Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Multicultural team management experience.
