We’re searching for an experienced IT Recruiter to join a fintech company. This is a long-term opportunity, specifically open to Ukrainian professionals living abroad.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for IT positions (from sourcing to offer stage)
  • Active search and headhunting of candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
  • Conducting initial screening interviews and evaluating technical and soft skills
  • Working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
  • Managing candidate data in the ATS system
  • Ensuring smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
  • Proactive and self-organized approach
