We’re searching for an experienced IT Recruiter to join a fintech company. This is a long-term opportunity, specifically open to Ukrainian professionals living abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment for IT positions (from sourcing to offer stage)
- Active search and headhunting of candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
- Conducting initial screening interviews and evaluating technical and soft skills
- Working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
- Managing candidate data in the ATS system
Ensuring smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
