🇺🇦 We're hiring in Kyiv: Operations Manager - Legal & Documentation

We need a detail-obsessed operator to own the legal, compliance, and documentation backbone of our Kyiv hub. If you love turning chaos into a clean process, this is your role.

What you'll do:

⚙️ Untangle & Build: Identify operational bottlenecks in legal and admin workflows and build clear, repeatable processes to fix them.

📄 Own the Docs: Manage contracts, compliance documentation, reporting, and cross-border paperwork between Ukraine and our Tallinn HQ.

⚖️ Navigate Legal Complexity: Handle the regulatory and legal realities of NGO operations in wartime Ukraine - customs, permits, partnership agreements, and more.

🔗 Support Convoys: Ensure every shipment has clean paperwork from origin to frontline delivery.
