What you will do:

• Financial and Management Reporting: Prepare the financial statements for different legal entities in accordance with the appropriate standards of reporting (IFRS, US GAAP etc.) as well as anticipate in the preparation of monthly management reports
• Statutory Compliance: Assist in accurate and timely statutory reporting
• Risk Assessment: Identify, analyze, describe, and address financial and accounting risks on a regular basis
• Financial Policies: Design controls, review and update all existing and required financial policies (regarding accounting, fiscal reporting, procurement and payments, sales, etc.) and ensure their compliance
• Internal Audit: Audit existing accounting documents, improve and automate the document management as well as assist in statutory audits and due diligence
• Finance Processes: Improve and automate finance processes

For successful performance, you will need:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (experience in Big4 or Top 10 audit companies will be a plus).
• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Spreadsheets, QuickBooks/Xero, or similar accounting systems
• Solid knowledge of IFRS/ GAAP, and other local reporting standards
• Working experience with legal entities in different countries
• Skills and experience in financial controlling and internal audit
• Project management skills
• English (business communication, both oral and written) — B1 Level, fluency in Ukrainian
• Open-mindedness with strong learning, analytical skills, and curiosity for new challenges
• Strong communication skills
• A stable internet connection

Will be a plus:

• Relevant experience in international product IT companies
• General knowledge of tax legislation of Ukraine, Cyprus, other EU countries, and the US
• ACCA or similar qualification (membership or in progress) will be a significant advantage
