We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:
 

• Full-time job;
• Office-based in Kyiv;

Main responsibilities:
 

• Create advertising creatives based on gameplay recordings or in-game assets (including capturing gameplay footage in Unity when needed);
• Generate fresh and engaging ideas for creatives.

Our ideal candidate:
 

• At least 1 year of experience in gamedev as a Motion Designer;
• Understanding of composition, editing principles and techniques, sense of rhythm, and ability to work with color;
• Ability to work with sound and basic knowledge of sound design;
• Understanding of core animation principles;
• Basic understanding of advertising creative structure;
• Proficiency in Adobe software (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator), but you’re also welcome to use any additional tools you’re comfortable with;
• Ability to work with vector web animation (SVG, TGS formats).

Nice to have:
• Experience working with Unity and understanding of its basic components;
• Experience with 3D graphics / Blender / Ability to set up 3D renders (lighting, materials);
• Experience creating store assets for App Store and Google Play;
• Use of AI tools in daily workflows.
