We are looking for freelance sourcers who can help us identify highly relevant LinkedIn profiles for complex technical roles.


This is not a full-cycle recruiter role. You will not contact candidates. Your task is to find strong, relevant LinkedIn profiles based on our job requirements.


Example roles

You may work on roles such as:

  • RF PCB Engineering Manager
  • SAR System Engineer
  • Radar / RF Engineer
  • Electronics Engineer
  • Embedded Systems Engineer
  • Backend Engineer
  • Product Manager
  • Systems Engineer
  • Other niche engineering and technology roles

Some roles are very specific and hard to find, especially in aerospace, RF, SAR, electronics, and satellite-related domains.


What you will do

You will:

  • Search for relevant candidate profiles on LinkedIn
  • Use Boolean search, LinkedIn filters, company mapping, and market research
  • Identify people who match the must-have requirements
  • Add profiles to a Google Sheet / Excel file
  • Include a short reason why each profile is relevant
  • Avoid duplicates and irrelevant profiles
  • Follow our sourcing brief for each role

You will not:

  • Contact candidates
  • Send LinkedIn messages
  • Run screening calls
  • Ask candidates for CVs
  • Represent us to candidates
  • Manage interview stages

Our internal team will handle all candidate outreach and communication.

What counts as an approved LinkedIn profile

We pay only for profiles that pass our internal quality check.


An approved profile must include:

  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • Short reason why the profile is relevant
  • Key matching skills / keywords
  • No duplicate in our existing list
  • Clear fit with the must-have requirements


For technical roles, the profile should show relevant experience through job titles, company history, skills, projects, publications, patents, portfolio, or other professional evidence when available.


What we do not pay for

We do not pay for:

  • Random LinkedIn profiles
  • Profiles that do not match the must-have requirements
  • Duplicates
  • Profiles already in our database
  • People from wrong locations if location is a must-have
  • Profiles with no clear technical relevance
  • Fake profiles
  • Scraped mass lists without quality review
  • Profiles found through fake, rented, shared, or automated LinkedIn accounts

  • Google X-Ray search
  • Company websites
  • GitHub
  • Research databases
  • Public professional sources

You must use only legal and professional sourcing methods.

Fake, shared, rented, or automated LinkedIn accounts are not allowed.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus but not mandatory. For strong long-term sourcers, we may discuss tool support after the first successful projects.

 

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in LinkedIn sourcing or talent research
  • Strong Boolean search skills
  • Ability to understand technical job requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Good English reading and writing skills
  • Ability to explain why a profile is relevant
  • Experience with international markets
  • Reliable delivery and clear communication


Will be a plus:

  • Experience sourcing for aerospace, space, defence, RF, electronics, embedded, or engineering roles
  • Experience with Germany, Portugal, Canada, EU, UK, or North American markets
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience/Recruiter Lite
  • Previous experience building candidate mapping lists
