An innovative iGaming project creating a closed premium ecosystem for VIP players is looking for a Business Development Manager who is ready to build the sales function from scratch at an early stage, sell a white-label VR solution to C-level audiences of casinos and iGaming operators, and influence the product's commercial strategy.

What you will do

Sales:

  • End-to-end sales: cold outreach, inbound, negotiations, closing
  • Building and managing the pipeline (ICP, target accounts, sequences)
  • Conducting product demos and presentations
  • Closing pilots and contracts with B2B clients (casinos, iGaming operators)

Go-to-market and commercial strategy:

  • Market and priority segment analysis
  • Developing partnership and affiliate channels
  • Leveraging conferences and networking as deal sources

Must-have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in iGaming / betting / entertainment / tech
  • Readiness to start as a strong individual contributor
  • Experience in complex C-level sales
  • Fluent English
  • Systematic approach, comfort with numbers and processes

Nice to have

  • Existing industry network
  • Experience working with international markets
  • Willingness to travel and attend conferences
