Promo Manager

We are looking for a Promo Manager to join our team. This role will involve the creation and timely delivery of emails, bonuses, web pushes and other required communications. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You will be responsible for the creation and sending on time of emails, pushes, pop-ups for our brands;
• You'll have to do the user segmentation;
• Your task will include setting up and checking the operation of bonuses;
• We expect you to post promotional material on the websites;
• You'll fully support the process of forming emails as well as cooperate with copywriters, designers, games, and the product team;
• We will expect you to work with analytics to present reports campaigns success rates and explore the motivation of our customers;
• You'll be responsible for the data collection regarding best practices in the existing market.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• You'll have at least 1 year of experience in the email marketing;
• We expect you to have an understanding of how to create emails, and bonuses in Customer.io;
• Your English level needs to be at least intermediate;
• We will count on your understanding and insights about the process of user segmentation and content creation;
• We expect you to be responsible and attentive to details.
