Product Owner

We are looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner who can combine project management, delivery oversight, and product thinking.

For us, it is important that this person not only coordinates the team and keeps a strong focus on timelines and delivery outcomes, but also thinks like a Product Owner: sets priorities, works with the roadmap, communicates with clients, and translates business needs into clear and structured tasks for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the project from planning through implementation and further development;
• Coordinate the work of the team, align all participants involved in the process, and monitor task execution;
• Build and maintain the product roadmap in line with business goals and priorities;
• Take on the Product Owner role: gather requirements, structure the backlog, prioritize tasks, and turn requests into clear tasks for the team;
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies within the project;
• Communicate with clients and key stakeholders: gather feedback, align expectations, and present statuses, decisions, and next steps;
• Oversee the quality of the delivery process and ensure timely execution;
• Contribute to product decisions by balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and value for the end user;
• Identify bottlenecks in processes and initiate improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Project Manager / Product Manager / Product Owner role in technology-driven projects;
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating the full development cycle;
• Practical experience with roadmap management, backlog ownership, prioritization, and delivery planning;
• Solid understanding of product development processes and collaboration across business, product, and engineering;
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills;
• A high level of ownership, structured thinking, and organizational skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment with uncertainty and multiple parallel streams of work;
• Experience with hardware products, robotics, or drone-related domains will be considered a strong plus.
