About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to take full ownership of our CRM strategy, execution, and performance across the player lifecycle.

In this role, you will drive data-driven, high-impact campaigns across multiple channels, orchestrate complex user journeys, and play a key role in maximizing retention, engagement, and revenue.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, building scalable CRM systems rather than just sending campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CRM promo calendar and campaign planning
  • Campaign management: emails layout, materials preparation
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, Web Push, In-app)
  • Set up and optimize campaigns in Smartico and Customer.io
  • Build, scale, and optimize CRM flows and users’ lifecycle 
  • Drive segmentation strategy and personalization logic
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage task delivery
  • Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve campaign performance (OR, CTR, deliverability, LTV)
  • Establish and maintain reporting frameworks and weekly performance insights
  • Ensure CRM activities align with overall business and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io (campaigns, segmentation, automation)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Smartico (gamification)
  • Proven experience in CRM strategy and lifecycle management
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, retention mechanics, and user behavior
  • Experience running data-driven campaigns and performance optimization
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actions
  • English level B2 or higher
