About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us grow through consistent, thoughtful, and results-driven sales.

This role is a strong fit for someone with at least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, outsourcing, outstaffing, or software development. We are looking for a person who can identify relevant opportunities, start meaningful conversations with potential clients, and move them through the sales process with a high level of independence.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for IT outstaffing and outsourcing services
  • Build and manage outbound pipeline through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Write personalized outreach messages and follow-ups
  • Qualify leads and understand their hiring, delivery, or team extension needs
  • Run intro calls and sales conversations with potential clients
  • Present the company's services in a clear, relevant, and consultative way
  • Keep pipeline tracking up to date and maintain visibility on opportunities
  • Support handover from first conversation to recruitment or delivery stage
  • Suggest improvements to outreach strategy, positioning, and lead generation approach

     

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of successful experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience selling services 
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Confidence in outbound sales and cold outreach
  • Ability to communicate with decision-makers in a professional and structured way
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
  • Based in Europe or able to work within European business hours

     

Nice to have

  • Experience selling IT services, software development, outsourcing, or outstaffing
  • Experience working with European clients, especially in DACH or wider EU markets
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn-based outreach and other outbound channels
  • Experience in a small team or fast-moving company environment
  • Ability to understand technical roles and client hiring needs well enough to position candidates or teams effectively
