Account manager
We’re looking for a manager who can build solid, long-term relationships with
partners and keep things running smoothly from start to finish. You will be
responsible for brand awareness across our partners’ websites.
You’ll manage the full cycle, from preparing the brand for launch to maintaining
game promo campaigns, ensuring our brand has the best possible positioning on
partner platforms.
The focus is simple: keep partners engaged, identify growth opportunities, and find
the most effective ways to promote our games, with a focus on driving revenue
across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication with partners (operators, aggregators,
platforms)
• Build strong relationships with partners to support long-term growth and
retention
• Monitor game performance (GGR, bets, players, RTP dynamics, etc.) and share
useful insights to implement promo month by month
• Negotiate and approve promo activities and promo campaigns
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio
• Find new promo opportunities (push notification campaigns, banner
placements, free spins promotional campaigns, dedicated game categories
etc.)
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to deliver on partner
needs
• Prepare regular reports and business reviews
• Visit exhibitions to strengthen and maintain long-term client relationships
• Run your LinkedIn page
• Analyze performance and suggest improvements
• Handle issues and escalate when needed
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and player behavior
Requirements
Upper-intermediate English is a must (both written and spoken); additional
languages are a plus
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong verbal and
written communication skills.
• 1-2 years of Experience in Account Management, B2B, or iGaming
• Basic understanding of iGaming (slots, RTP, volatility, GGR, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Experience with CRM tools or analytics platforms
• Ability to communicate via email, teams, and other messaging platforms
preferred by partners
