Backend Developer (C#/.NET) – AI Products

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of architectural decisions and drive the technical evolution of the backend stack
• Design and manage complex database systems, including data modeling and migration strategies
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available services and APIs
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design and deliver new features
• Conduct code reviews and support team members through mentoring and technical guidance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in C#/.NET development
• Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
• High level of ownership when working with ambiguous requirements and complex challenges

Nice to Have

• Experience in mentoring or leading developers (technical or people management)
• Openness to and hands-on experience with AI coding agents
