Growth Marketing Manager
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially-minded Demand Generation Manager to own the full acquisition funnel — from paid media strategy and execution to lead nurturing, CRM hygiene, and pipeline reporting. You will work directly with the CMO, content, PR and SDR teams to build a scalable, repeatable engine that converts target accounts into qualified opportunities.
What You Will Own:
Paid Media Execution
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
• Own targeting strategy for ICP segments: PSPs, banks, fintech startups, enterprise merchants
• Manage ad budgets with a focus on pipeline efficiency, not just CPL
• Write and iterate on ad copy briefs in collaboration with the content team and designer
Lead Generation & Nurturing
• Design and manage lead capture flows: gated content, demo requests, webinar registrations, contact forms
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stage transitions
• Own email nurture sequences for MQL-to-SQL conversion in close partnership with the SDR team
• Ensure data quality: country, business category, source attribution — across all inbound leads
Analytics & Reporting
• Maintain GA4, GSC, and Google Ads dashboards; integrate with HubSpot for closed-loop attribution
• Surface actionable insights — not just numbers — with recommended next steps
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Brief the content team on assets needed for campaigns (landing pages, case studies, comparison pages)
• Align with the PR manager on earned media syndication opportunities that support paid amplification
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Experience
• 2-3 years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Proven track record running LinkedIn Ads in a B2B SaaS or fintech context — this is non-negotiable
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads
• Working proficiency in HubSpot: workflows, lists, forms, deal pipeline, and basic reporting
• Solid GA4 and GSC knowledge; comfortable setting up conversion tracking and interpreting attribution data
• Experience generating pipeline for products with 3–12 month sales cycles
Strong Advantages
• Experience marketing to PSPs, banks, payment processors, or fintech platforms
• HubSpot certification or advanced HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
• TikTok Ads experience for B2B audience building or retargeting
• Familiarity with ABM methodologies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Matched Audiences, intent data)
