Marketing Manager (Milan, Italy)

Now we are also looking for a Marketing Manager in Italy, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and supporting business growth in the local market.

Requirements:

• Have 4+ years of experience in marketing (B2C / product / international markets), preferably in the Italian market.
• Understand how to launch marketing campaigns from concept to performance evaluation.
• Be confident working with analytical tools — Excel (required), Google Analytics, CRM, Tableau.
• Have Italian language proficiency at C1 level or higher and Ukrainian (key for working with contractors and clients).
• Have a deep understanding of the Italian market, customer behavior, and local trends.
• Be able to work independently, proactively, and effectively — with a «think like a business» mindset.

Tasks:

• Study the Italian market and customer: analyze needs, competitors, and market insights.
• Form hypotheses, launch test activities, and scale effective solutions.
• Organize marketing campaigns (digital, offline, collaborations, events).
• Work with Digital, SMM, content, CRM, design, and local teams.
• Prepare briefings, oversee campaign execution, and evaluate results.
• Ensure consistent brand communication in the Spanish market according to company strategy.
• Participate in opening new locations and launching new services in Spain.
• Work in hybryd format, with attending office in Milan in close cooperation with local teams.
