What you'll do:

• Own the full hiring cycle end-to-end — from sourcing to offer
• Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple roles simultaneously
• Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit
• Keep candidates engaged and ensure a smooth experience throughout
• Manage offers, negotiations, and closing
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and hiring strategy

About you:

• 5+ months of recruiting experience 
• Comfortable running searches independently with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable — you don't let things fall through the cracks
