We are currently scaling one of our key business areas and are looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across the Casino and Sportsbook verticals.
π Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.);
- Manage promotional calendars, including bonus campaigns, free bets, tournaments, gamification mechanics, and seasonal offers;
- Support the full player lifecycle: activation, retention, and reactivation;
- Build and develop customer segmentation based on behavioral and transactional data (activity, betting behavior, deposit patterns);
- Design and run A/B tests to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention metrics;
- Monitor daily campaign performance and conduct regular CRM activity audits;
- Analyze key metrics (GGR, retention, ARPU, engagement) and generate actionable insights;
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve CRM performance;
- Process and prioritize requests from internal stakeholders;
Work hands-on with CRM automation platforms ( Smartico, Customer.io, or similar).
π οΈYour Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of hands-on CRM experience in the iGaming industry (Casino and Sportsbook);
- Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, free bet logic, and player lifecycle;
- Experience with segmentation and personalized communication strategies;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data;
English and Russian β Upper-Intermediate level (both spoken and written).

- Spanish language skills;
Practical experience with Smartico or similar CRM platforms.
