Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day operations of AI data projects for a fast-growing company working with global clients on real-world AI systems.

This is a highly operational, execution-focused role. It is not a traditional project management position. You will work in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel workflows, constant incoming requests, and rapidly shifting priorities.

The company operates at the intersection of AI and data, supporting machine learning pipelines through large-scale data annotation, validation, and processing. Projects are live, high-impact, and require fast, precise coordination across distributed teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage 10–20 active projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution across all stages

• Act as the main escalation point for clients and maintain clear communication

• Coordinate internal teams including annotators, QA, and project coordinators

• Respond quickly to incoming requests from clients and internal stakeholders

• Continuously reprioritize tasks based on changing requirements

• Ensure data quality meets client expectations

• Identify risks early and act fast without over-engineering solutions

What we are looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles

• Experience in AI data, data annotation, BPO, or high-load environments is a strong plus

• Ability to handle multiple parallel workflows and frequent context switching

• Comfortable working with incomplete information and making decisions fast

• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

• Execution-first mindset, focused on getting things done
