We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us implement and execute digital marketing and online lead-generation activities for a growing IT company!
This position will help build a digital marketing program by working with the CEO to define, implement, measure, and optimize programs and campaigns.
This role will own tactics including, but not limited to: email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), landing pages, web capture forms, lead acquisition, data cleansing, and lead scoring.
What are the expectations on a high level:
- Understanding and application of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
- Development of compelling value propositions aligned with target audiences;
- Proficiency in various marketing channels including SEO, paid traffic, and direct marketing;
- Experience in B2B lead generation and collaboration with product teams;
- Creativity in crafting email sequences and communication chains;
- Familiarity with tools like Figma for design and presentation;
- Track record of successful advertising campaigns in Google Ads;
- Ability to strategize content for websites and blogs for marketing purposes;
- Strong project management skills including creating project briefs;
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Task Manager;
- Close cooperation with a Content Writer, Sales Managers, and other departments;
- Ability to be proactive and resourceful;
- Proficiency with SMM, content marketing, SEO, and paid ads;
- Strong working knowledge of social media, digital ad inventory, and mobile behaviors/opportunities;
- High level of interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Understanding of an ever-changing marketing landscape and new technologies.
What you will do in details:
- Marketing research, including one-on-one interviews with thought leaders and SMEs;
- Plan and implement ad campaigns;
- Creating content for different IT-related topics (including topics you might not be familiar with);
- In a team plan marketing campaigns (including PR and non standard approaches);
- Create sales presentations and other essential sales and marketing materials;
- Learn quickly and independently;
- Handle multiple projects at once;
- Oversee email marketing;
- Oversee digital ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn);
- Handle SEO Optimisation of the company’s website;
- Managing the company’s social media platforms.
