Accountant (US LLC, Delaware)

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team and manage accounting operations for our Delaware-based LLC. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience working with American-based companies and is well-versed in US accounting standards and reporting requirements for LLCs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and quality reports in accordance with US GAAP for a Delaware LLC

• Handle federal and state tax filings (including IRS Form 1065, Schedule K-1, and related forms)

• Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports tailored for US LLC structure

• Ensure compliance with Delaware state regulations and US federal tax requirements

• Coordinate with US-based CPAs and legal advisors as needed

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit readiness

Requirements:

• 4+ years of accounting experience specifically with American-based companies

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, LLC accounting, and Delaware corporate regulations

• Experience preparing and reviewing quality financial reports for US-based LLCs

• Familiarity with US federal and state tax obligations for LLCs (IRS filings, etc.)

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar US-oriented platforms)

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (for communication with US partners)

• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and high level of responsibility

• Experience working remotely with US clients is a strong plus
