Talent Sourcer

As our projects continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer who is passionate about talent research, enjoys solving sourcing challenges, and wants to grow within a fast-paced international recruitment environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about technology, experienced in sourcing strategies, and motivated to find outstanding candidates for hard-to-fill positions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer in recruitment agencies or IT outstaffing / outsourcing companies
• Strong understanding of the IT market, technologies, and technical roles
• Proven ability to source candidates for complex or niche positions
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms
• Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill roles such as SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics, AI Engineers, or other specialized technical positions
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft effective outreach messages and follow-ups
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proactive, results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
• English level: B2+

Responsibilities

• Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top IT professionals
• Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, GitHub, and social networks
• Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Maintain candidate databases and update sourcing activities in internal systems
• Monitor sourcing metrics and continuously optimize sourcing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with IT market trends, technologies, and sourcing best practices
