What You’ll Be Doing

• Growing and managing an affiliate network in Africa (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA).
• Driving new partnerships: outreach, negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
• Activating partners and monitoring first FTDs to ensure strong starts.
• Segmenting affiliates to optimize ROI, LTV, and retention.
• Tracking traffic quality (deposits, GGR, player behavior).
• Managing CRM and reporting tools (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Testing new partners against internal quality standards.
• Reducing fraud and maintaining long-term, ROI-positive traffic channels.
   

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (African market).
• Active or past partner network (a must-have).
• Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models, with optimization skills.
• Solid traffic analytics know-how (FTD, LTV, ROI, retention, Clean GGR).
• Basic anti-fraud knowledge.
• Fluent French and English language.
