The company is currently in a growth and transformation stage, building a strong brand presence and scaling creative and performance-driven initiatives across all channels.

The team operates in a high-trust, no-micromanagement environment, with a strong focus on ownership, results, and cross-functional collaboration.

⭐️ About the role:

The Head of Creative Strategy & Brand Experience is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s creative vision across all channels, with Amazon as the primary
focus. This position ensures that every customer touchpoint, from product listings to content and campaigns, aligns with the company’s brand identity, business goals, and growth targets.

Reporting directly to the COO, the Head of Creative Strategy & Brand Experience oversees the entire creative department, and collaborates with Product Development and Sales Managers to
keep driving innovation, consistency, and measurable performance improvement across design, content, and brand experience initiatives.

⏰ Working Conditions:
Full-time, remote
Working hours: mandatory overlap 8 AM – 12 PM EST, remaining hours flexible
English is required (all internal communication is in English)

 

🧠 Requirements:

⚙️Skills:
● Mastery of creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve,Unreal Engine, etc.).
● Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems — especially Amazon Seller Central, D2C, and social commerce.
● Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
● Data literacy — ability to translate performance metrics into creative strategy adjustments.
● Capable of managing teams of 6+ designers
● Ability to manage 15+ design projects simultaneously

🔍Experience:
● 5+ years in senior creative leadership
● Proven record of managing cross-functional creative teams and multi-channel brand campaigns.
● Experience overseeing brand transformations or major rebranding efforts.

🎨Creativity & Vision:
● Ability to combine artistic vision with analytical thinking to create high-impact, performance-driven content.
● Deep understanding of storytelling, customer psychology, and multi-platform engagement.

🧩 Responsibilities:

🎯Strategic Leadership
● Define and execute a holistic creative and brand strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency and excellence across Amazon, D2C, TikTok, and all digital channels.
● Translate business goals into creative direction that drives engagement, brand affinity, and revenue growth.
● Partner closely with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to ensure creative initiatives align with broader organizational strategy.

🎨Creative Direction & Brand Experience
● Oversee concept-to-execution creative development across all touchpoints — from packaging and listings to video, motion, and experiential content.
● Ensure all creative work meets brand standards, reflects the company’s voice and tone, and resonates with target audiences.
● Foster a data-driven creative process that integrates customer insights, trends, and performance analytics into decision-making.

⚙️Operational Excellence
● Manage creative budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize efficiency and ROI.
● Lead and mentor the creative team — including designers, copywriters, and strategists — ensuring accountability and professional growth.
● Implement systems and workflows that promote collaboration, speed, and output quality across departments.

🚀Innovation & Continuous Improvement
● Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform algorithms (especially Amazon) to inform creative innovation.
● Conduct A/B testing, creative polls, and performance reviews to continuously refine visual and messaging strategies.
● Introduce at least 2 new creative processes, tools, or automation improvements per quarter to enhance departmental efficiency.

🤝Cross-Department Collaboration
● Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, PPC, and Brand Management teams to ensure seamless creative execution in product launches and campaigns.
● Provide creative leadership during new product development phases to ensure the brand experience is cohesive from inception through post-launch.

🛡️Compliance & Governance
● Ensure all creative assets meet Amazon’s and other marketplace content policies.

✅Maintain brand compliance and update creative playbooks quarterly.

● Achieve measurable CTR and CVR improvements of Amazon SKUs within the first 12 months.
● Deliver creative updates that drive YoY growth in sales conversion from brand storefronts and listings.

● Maintain 100% compliance with brand identity across all channels and product lines.
● Elevate the company’s brand presence, reflected in improved brand sentiment and repeat customer engagement metrics.

⚙️Operational Efficiency:
● Complete ≥95% of creative projects on or ahead of schedule.
● Reduce creative turnaround time within the first 6 months.
● Maintain project budgets within ±5% variance.
● Coordinate and launch over 150 Skus

🚀Innovation & Team Leadership:
● Launch ≥4 brand-wide creative campaigns annually.
● Institutionalize a quarterly creative performance review system.
● Develop and mentor a high-performing creative team, maintaining retention and satisfaction levels ≥90%.
