We are a data-driven Amazon advertising agency working with Amazon focussed brands across Europe and the US.We currently manage ~$25M in annual Amazon ad spend with a lean, senior team and a strong focus on decision quality over activity volume.
💫 About The Role
We are hiring a Senior Amazon Advertising Manager to take ownership of a small portfolio of client accounts and drive performance through strong strategy, disciplined execution, and clear communication.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role.
You won’t be “optimising in the dark” or pushing activity for the sake of it, you’ll be expected to form a view, explain the “why”, and make smart calls that balance profitability, growth, and defensibility.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Team Lead, but you will own outcomes day-to-day across your accounts.
💫 This role is ideal for someone who
● Has at least 5 years of experience in Amazon advertising
● Knows Amazon Ads end-to-end and understands what’s actually working right now
● Thinks beyond day-to-day optimisation and can execute long-term growth plans
● Is advanced in Google Sheets and comfortable with structured analysis and reporting
● Communicates clearly and proactively in English (written + spoken)
● Learns fast, stays curious, and enjoys solving messy problems with clean thinking
● Wants a high-ownership environment with real accountability and autonomy
💫 What You Will Own
🧩Account Ownership & Client Management
● Own 3–5 client accounts, with support from your Team Lead
● Drive account performance against profitability, ranking, and growth goals
● Create clarity for clients: what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and what happens next
🎯Campaign Strategy & Execution
● Design, build, and optimise PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
● Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, search term mining, and structural improvements
● Build and run structured testing plans (not random experimentation)
📊Data & Insight Quality
● Diagnose performance changes with confidence (not surface-level explanations)
● Translate data into clear decisions and prioritised actions
● Build and maintain reporting that highlights what matters, not everything that’s measurable
⚙️Tooling & Operational Excellence
● Use Scale Insights and other tools to improve speed, consistency, and results
● Maintain clean documentation, campaign logic, and internal notes that scale
● Contribute to improving how we work templates, frameworks, and repeatable best practices
🤝Communication & Collaboration
● Communicate proactively in Slack and in weekly client calls
● Escalate early when context changes or trade-offs appear
● Share learnings across the team to raise the overall quality bar
