International Business Operations Manager Review

Due to rapid international growth, we are looking for a Business Operations Manager to strengthen our team at the intersection of business operations, international communications, legal coordination, and analytical support.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and an educational background in Law, International Relations, International Law, Business, or related fields. You will work with international projects, contracts, cross-functional stakeholders, and strategic business initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Support business and operational projects through research, analysis, and structured reporting
• Review and coordinate contracts, partnership agreements, and related documentation
• Conduct market, legal, and business research to support strategic decision-making
• Work with large volumes of information: structure data, identify key insights, and prepare conclusions for management
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders across international markets
• Assist in improving internal processes, operational workflows, and risk management practices

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving operations, compliance, partnerships, and business development

   

What We Are Looking For

• Higher education in Law, International Relations, International Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, legal support, consulting, compliance, or analytical roles
• Understanding of international business environment, legal frameworks, and compliance principles
• Experience working with contracts and documentation: ability to review, structure, and analyze agreements
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment

• English level: C1 (working proficiency)

   

Nice to Have

• Experience in international companies or consulting environments
• Background in KPMG, Deloitte, EY, or PwC
• Exposure to international legal matters, disputes, or cross-border operations

• Experience supporting executive-level or strategic business initiatives
