Business Operations Manager

Due to rapid international growth, we are looking for a Business Operations Manager to strengthen our team at the intersection of operations, project management, and analytical work.

This role is ideal for someone who can work with complex information, navigate an international environment, and support data-driven business decisions.

What you will do:

• Participate in financial and economic projects, providing analysis and structuring data, documents, and insights
• Review contracts (distribution, partnerships, etc.) to ensure compliance with basic requirements and standards
• Conduct in-depth research, consolidate findings, and communicate insights to key stakeholders
• Work with large volumes of information: structure, analyze, and prepare conclusions to support decision-making

• Contribute to building and optimizing internal processes with a focus on identifying and minimizing risks

   

What we are looking for:

• Higher education in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project-based roles, operations support, or economic/legal analysis
• Understanding of international law and compliance (no need to be a practicing lawyer)
• Experience working with contracts: ability to analyze, structure, and prepare basic documents is a plus
• Strong analytical skills: critical thinking, ability to process information and draw conclusions
• Experience in project coordination or management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
• English level: B2–C1 (working proficiency)

Nice to have:

• Experience in consulting or international companies
• Background in Big4 (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC)
• Experience with international cases or disputes
