What you'll do:

• Manage the full hiring cycle end-to-end — from sourcing to offer
• Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Develop candidate value propositions tailored to each role
• Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit
• Keep candidates engaged and ensure a smooth experience throughout
• Manage offers and closing

About you:

• No experience needed — we'll train you from scratch
• Strong communication skills and genuine interest in people
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
