We are looking for an experienced SMM Marketing Specialist / Paid Social Media Manager to promote brands through paid advertising campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

 

This role is fully remote and is suitable for a specialist who knows how to launch and manage ad campaigns, monitor results on a daily basis, prepare reports, and give practical recommendations for content plans and creatives.

 

About the Role

Your main goal will be to run and optimize paid social media campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok in order to increase reach, engagement, traffic, leads, and overall marketing performance.

 

This is not a general content management role. The main focus is on:

  • launching advertising campaigns
  • daily performance monitoring
  • analytics and reporting
  • improving results through optimization
  • preparing recommendations for content plans and creatives

 

Responsibilities

  • Launch, set up, and manage advertising campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make adjustments to improve results
  • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, traffic, leads, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear analysis and conclusions
  • Identify weak points and growth opportunities in campaigns
  • Provide recommendations for improving the content plan based on advertising results
  • Suggest and prepare ideas for creatives, ad formats, and promotional materials
  • Work with targeting, audience segmentation, budgets, placements, and campaign structure
  • Test different creatives, audiences, and campaign approaches
  • Optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and scale winning results
  • Analyze trends, platform updates, and competitor activity related to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok advertising
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, content creators, and other team members to improve campaign performance

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in SMM, paid social, or digital marketing
  • Practical experience with Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Strong understanding of paid campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Ability to monitor metrics daily and react quickly to performance changes
  • Experience preparing clear reports and turning data into practical recommendations
  • Understanding of ad creatives, content performance, and audience behavior
  • Ability to suggest improvements for content plans based on campaign analytics
  • Basic skills in preparing creative ideas and promotional concepts for ads
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage several tasks at once
  • English level: B1 or higher

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience promoting brands in different niches
  • Experience with A/B testing of creatives and audiences
  • Understanding of sales funnels and performance marketing metrics
  • Experience working with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads / YouTube campaigns
  • Basic copywriting skills for ad creatives and campaign messaging
  • Experience working closely with designers or creating simple creative briefs
