Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to grow and manage the online presence of an OnlyFans creator across multiple platforms.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms to drive subscriber growth. Plan and schedule daily posts, stories, and reels. Write compelling captions and CTAs that convert followers into paying subscribers. Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community interaction. Track analytics, identify trends, and adjust strategy based on performance. Collaborate on content calendars, promotions, and campaigns. Stay up to date with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio or case studies preferred). Understanding of the adult content creator space and its marketing nuances. Strong copywriting skills with a knack for attention-grabbing hooks. Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or similar). Comfortable working with NSFW-adjacent content and maintaining discretion. Analytical mindset — you know your way around insights and KPIs. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have:

Experience with Reddit marketing and subreddit growth. Knowledge of paid promotion strategies (shoutouts, collaborations, paid ads where applicable). Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.). Experience with fan engagement platforms and CRM tools.
