EVIQO is looking for an Affiliate Manager with Amazon experience who can build long-term partnerships and drive measurable revenue growth.

This role is focused on scaling affiliate sales through CPA channels, influencers, and partnerships in the US market.

Role mission

Grow affiliate revenue by developing and scaling partnerships across Amazon (Attribution, Associates), CPA networks, and influencer channels.

What you’ll do

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to drive additional Amazon sales (CPA model: Amazon Attribution, Amazon Associates)
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (CTR, CVR, MoM, WoW) and continuously optimize results
• Build affiliate sales forecasts and align with partners to achieve targets
• Develop and implement motivation systems for affiliate partners
• Manage Amazon Creator Connections and coordinate content production
• Launch and scale influencer collaborations (YouTube, TikTok) to drive revenue and create high-performing creatives

Success metrics

• Growth of affiliate-driven revenue
• Performance of affiliate partners (CTR, CVR, conversions)
• Number of active partners and influencer collaborations

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate / performance / CPA marketing (preferably Amazon)
• Strong analytical skills (funnels, performance, ROI)
• Experience working with affiliate partners and influencers
• English C1+ (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience with Walmart, BestBuy, Home Depot platforms
• Existing network of affiliate partners or influencers
• Experience in e-commerce / Amazon / D2C
