UGC Content Manager

The company is growing performance-driven products in the financial services space and is now looking for an experienced UGC Content Manager who can take ownership of creator sourcing, content production, and delivery of high-converting video ads.

The team is looking for a hands-on specialist who can work with creators directly, manage the full production flow, and understand what makes UGC content perform in paid acquisition.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit UGC creators through TikTok, Instagram, marketplaces, and other relevant platforms
  • Find and test creators who fit the product, audience, and advertising goals
  • Create clear creative briefs, including hooks, scripts, angles, and CTAs
  • Manage creators throughout the production process: communication, timelines, follow-ups, and delivery
  • Negotiate rates and handle payment coordination
  • Review submitted content, request revisions, and maintain quality standards
  • Edit and finalize videos for ads, or manage the editing process if needed
  • Organize content in a structured way and keep track of production status
  • Monitor content performance and identify which creatives work best
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers to improve creative output and test new approaches
  • Help build a scalable UGC system that consistently produces strong ad creatives

 

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing UGC creators and content production
  • Ability to show past results and examples of performance-driven UGC work
  • Strong outreach, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with paid social creatives and direct-response content
  • Good understanding of what makes ad creatives convert
  • Video editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple creators and deadlines at once
  • Hands-on approach and readiness to be involved in execution, not only coordination
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, scripting, editing, or workflow optimization
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
  • English C1

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, or lead generation products
  • Experience scaling UGC for performance marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles
  • Experience working closely with paid acquisition or media buying teams
  • Ability to identify winning content patterns through performance signals

 

Important to Know

  • This role is focused on business results, not organic content for branding only
  • The team is looking for someone who understands how UGC works inside the paid funnel
  • A strong portfolio is very important for this search
  • If there is no formal portfolio, examples of ads, creatives, case studies, or campaign results are also helpful
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and able to combine content sense with execution discipline
  • This is a role for someone who can help build a repeatable system for creator-based ad production, not just manage one-off tasks
