This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and motivated by building relationships and helping potential clients find the right services. There is a clear development path for this role to become a Junior Sales Consultant and Sr Sales Expert. If you are an ambitious sales professional you can grow with Chern & Co.

Schedule aligned with Ireland (GMT), with some flexibility
π₯ Requirements
β 1 year or more of experience in sales, lead generation, customer support or business development
β Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) as this role involves daily communication with international entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners in English.
β Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification
β Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Bitrix24, Zoho, etc.)
β Experience with inbound client communication and outbound prospecting, conducting qualification calls, and booking meetings.
β Organized, proactive, and comfortable with KPIs
π« Key Responsibilities
β Work with inbound leads from LinkedIn, website, and marketing campaigns
β Conduct qualification calls and identify client needs
β Book meetings for Sales Consultants
β Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone
β Maintain follow-ups and manage leads in CRM
β Help move prospects through the sales pipeline

Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or online sales
Additional languages (Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, Chinese, etc.)
Ambition to grow into a closing / Sales Consultant role
