As we continue to grow, we are building our international sales team and seeking a Sales
Development Representative (SDR) to support our lead qualification and business
development efforts.
🔥Position Overview
The SDR plays a crucial role at the top of our sales funnel.
You will engage with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and outbound
outreach, qualify their needs, and prepare them for consultation with our sales consultants
and experts.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and motivated by
building relationships and helping potential clients find the right services. There is a clear
development path for this role to become a Junior Sales Consultant and Sr Sales Expert. If

Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Independent contractor
Schedule aligned with Ireland (GMT), with some flexibility
Salary (€1,000–€1,300/month base) plus performance-based
incentives.
✅Required Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Communications,
or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
● 6–18 months of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
(internship or junior experience considered).
● Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Bitrix24, HubSpot, Monday, Zoho, or similar).
● Experience with inbound client communication and outbound prospecting, conducting
qualification calls, or booking meetings.
● Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Additional European
languages are an advantage.

● Strong communication and active listening skills to identify client needs.
● Ability to manage a structured outreach process and maintain high responsiveness.
● Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and closing strategies.
● Solid understanding of the B2B sales funnel and how qualified leads move to
conversion.
● Comfortable working with KPIs and reporting daily progress.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
● Detail-oriented and disciplined in documentation and follow-up.

● Additional languages (Chinese, German, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, etc.) are an

✳️Key Responsibilities
📎Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management
● Review and respond to inbound leads from multiple channels (website, LinkedIn,
campaigns, etc.).
● Conduct structured qualification calls to assess client needs, readiness, and fit for
Chern & Co’s services.
● Classify and prioritise leads in the CRM using defined scoring criteria.
● Schedule consultations for qualified prospects with the Sales Consultants.
🔎Outbound Prospecting & Research
● Identify new potential clients in target regions (EU and non-EU).
● Research companies, decision-makers, and sectors aligned with Chern & Co’s core
services.
● Initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, Facebook or phone outreach to generate
interest.
● Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence to convert cold or warm leads into engaged
prospects.
📈Inbound Sales & Client Management
● Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
● Qualify leads and convert them into active clients through consultative selling.
● Prepare proposals, follow up on offers, and manage the early stages of the sales
cycle.
● Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up of client interactions in the CRM.
📍Operational support & Reporting
● Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM.
● Track KPIs: daily calls, emails, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
● Contribute to sales reports and pipeline reviews.
● Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to align messaging and improve lead
Quality.
