Senior Media Buyer (Meta) Dating + Equity Options

🚀 We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer (Meta) to build and scale the Meta Ads direction in a fast-growing dating product.

The product is already live, with solid unit economics and growing metrics. At the same time, the direction is still at a stage where you can directly influence strategy, processes, and results.
 

💼 What you’ll do:

• Build and develop the Meta Ads direction from scratch (strategy, structure, testing)
• Work with budgets starting from $200K/month
• Manage the full cycle: launching, optimization, scaling
• Generate and test new hypotheses, creatives, and approaches
• (Optional) participate in hiring and building a team
   

✅ Requirements:

• Mandatory experience with Meta Ads in a dating product (product company only)
• Experience managing budgets from $200K/month
• Strong expertise in anti-ban systems, funnels, compliance, and optimization
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results
   

💰 What we offer:

• Base salary: $5,000/month
• Transparent bonus system:
  • $7K+ within the first 3 months
  • $10K+ depending on results
